Ten Nigerian have reportedly died in Saudi Arabi while on a pilgrimage to Mecca.
This piece of news was made public on Monday by Aliyu Tanko, the Co-ordinator of the National Hajj Commission .
According to Tanko, not less than 50,000 Nigerian pilgrims have so far arrived Mecca with virtually all them having performed the Umrah rites.
Tanko who spoke to newsmen from Mecca said there are several medical facilities set up to cater for the health needs of Nigerian pilgrims visiting the Holy Land.
He urged pilgrims to always seek medical advice before embarking on pilgrimage and warned them against exposing themselves to the harsh weather in the country.
