There are things about their sexual health, which men tend to ignore, and this may hamper their sex life. 

Regular exercise:

Regular exercise not only helps one stay in shape and look good but it also increases the flexibility of the arteries, which makes it easier for them to expand and improves blood flow. Improved blood flow can give men a better erection. Good flexibility is an added advantage when having sex. Men need to be in better shape to last longer in bed. While trying most sexual positions, men need a stronger back to complete the act. For all this they need good stamina, which can be achieved with regular exercising.

Diet:

It is essential to eat nutrient rich and low fat food if you want to be sexually active and healthy. Very few men realise that what they eat affects their sexual performance. So include vegetables, fruits, low fat dairy products and lean meat in your diet.

Excessive smoking:

Excessive smoking can cause erectile dysfunction. Smoking also affects one’s sperm count and can result in low fertility. In fact smoking can permanently damage the arteries that supply blood to the penis, resulting in a weak erection or no erection.

Excessive drinking:

Do you know excessive drinking can cause erectile dysfunction? This is because alcohol can decrease your libido and also weaken your ability to reach orgasm.

Stress:

Stress can not only give you a bad temper, but can leave you tired, disinterested, nervous and also hamper your sexual health drastically. So try and fight stress with meditation.

Kegel exercises can help you last longer in bed and will give you a stronger erection. This exercise improve the force of ejaculation, it also enlarges the penis and gives the erection a better angle. Use lubricants. No we aren’t questioning your manhood in any ways, but to be practical, as men age they experience loss of sensitivity in the penis, which can get in the way of erection. So lubricants can help you enjoy better sex.

Health Checks:

If you want to be sexually active, it is important to get a full body health check up done annually.

Illegal Substances:

Refrain from taking any harmful or illegal substance to get a high. This might have crazy side effects and also cause erectile dysfunction. Try and use different sex positions, or include apphrodisiacas in yourdiet to alleviate your sexual experience.

Condoms:

Some people tend to believe that two condoms are better than one. This is not true. In fact, you tend to elevate the risk of tearing the condom because of the high level of friction. Some of the most common causes of condom breakage are – lengthy or rough sex, using oil-based lubricants, anal sex, drying out of the vagina, and opening the condom package with a sharp object. It is important to store condoms in a cool and dry place. This is because with extreme heat and moisture, the condom tends to become brittle and leads to extreme breakage during intercourse.

Attitude:

Studies concluded that men with a positive attitude in life have a good sex life vis a vis men who are always grumbling.

Sweating:

There are no qualms in sweating while having sex; it’s a normal reaction to the amount of physical activity taking place. So don’t be shy or embarrassed, it’s more of a turn on for women.

Sexual Variety:

Repeating the same positions every time you have sex, can get less exciting over time. Try a new position to attract her attention. There are a number of sex positions you could try or simply get more creative and do something unusual.
