Are you spending a lot of time on the bathroom scale? You should know that recording your weight after every meal can be a symptom of aneating disorder.

1. Fatigue

Healthy food provides you with the necessary energy for the entire day, so, when you decide to deprive your body from it, you should expect to see side effects. And one of the most common is fatigue. You’ll start to feel tired and dizzy which will lead to not being able to focus as you used to. Of course, we understand that you want to lose some pounds, but you can avoid starvation by starting a healthy personalized eating program. Before wrecking your health and body, we recommend paying a visit to your nutritionist, talk to him/her about your life style. He/she’ll know what diet to suggest.

2. Excessive Workout

Working out is amazing and feels great, but be careful not to end up obsessing with your weight. You should enjoy spending time at the gym and not consider it your second job. Also, try out at least two strength exercise sessions that are perfect for building muscle mass and try as much as possible to respect that time frame.

Every time you’re trying on clothes, at home or at a clothing shop, you turn out to be obsessed with your body. You see yourself fat and you start blaming mother nature for your body shape. You should stop! Instead, we suggest going out in a park and start with a quick run. Learn how to breathe during this workout routine and at the end take a stroll. You’ll start to see the results and you’ll no longer feel afraid of the judgy mirror.
