The Arise Magazine Fashion Week – Lagos, 2012 – has been off to a rather slow start, but that didn’t stop the fashion crowd from turning up in droves to show off some interesting get-ups.
From printed dresses and colour-blocking, to suits and towering heels, street-styles may very well be the actual runway.
