APC postpones Saturday’s Ondo gov’norship primary election

The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ondo State has postponed its governorship primary election originally scheduled for this Saturday 27 August, 2016, according to SaharaReporters.

The postponement was made through the party’s publicity secretary Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya, in a statement issued on Wednesday in the capital Akure.

“The decision was communicated to the State chapter at the end of the emergency National Working Committee meeting of the Party today, 24th of August, 2016.”

He added that the election has now been postponed until Wednesday, 31st of August, 2016, due to “logistics reasons.”
