American singer and dancer, Chris Brown has finally been released from jail.

Despite being sentenced to 131 days in jail on May 9, Brown was set free around midnight after serving a total of 108 days behind bars.

According to TMZ, the rapper was actually sentenced to one year in prison, but got credit for 116 days he spent in rehab, and another 59 days behind bars.

He was thrown back into jail because a judge ruled that Brown had violated his probation in the Rihanna case. He could have been sentenced to as much as 4 years.

Brown still has his Washington D.C assault trial pending, and should begin in the next few months.
