Former Military President Ibrahim Babangida has had to dismiss several reports of his death in recent times.
On Wednesday, yet again, he said, “I’m alive,” just as there were speculations that the former Military President had passed on in Germany.
Babangida, who travelled to Germany for medical treatment, said he’s “hale and hearty” and will return soon.
He made the disclosure on a TVC programme, ‘Journalist Hangout’.
Meanwhile, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) is reporting that, “Babangida is sick and has gone to Germany for treatment. Everybody knows this tradition of his going for medication in Germany.”
“As we talk now, he is already on his way from Germany. He had a stopover somewhere in a European country. But, by Friday he will be back in time for the Friday prayers,” the report said.
