The anti-bomb unit of the Nigerian police said they have demobilized a bomb in Ungwar Sarki area in Kaduna city. The Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was found in an area close the Sultan Bello mosque at the same spot an unexploded bomb killed a police officer Sunday banding last Tuesday as he tried to defuse the bomb with bare hands.

The area is entirely sealed as at the time of filing this report.
