The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ruled that elections conducted in 18 Local Government Areas in Akwa Ibom are null and void as ruled by the election tribunal.
Also the court dismissed PDP’s appeal contesting the emergence of Umana as the APC governorship flag bearer in the state governorship election.
The court stated that Umana’s nomination was valid and legal.
