#BringBackOurGirls: Oby Ezekwesili, ‏Dino Menaye, El Rufai, others hold vigil in Abuja

Former Minister for Education, Oby Ezekwesili,  Otunba Dino Melaye, Mallam El Rufai, parents of the kidnapped Chibok girls and several other protesters held a vigil last night at the ThisDay Dome, Abuja to pressure the government into putting more efforts at rescuing the schoolgirls.

The vigil which was broadcast Live on Channels Television, created opportunity for parents of the abducted girls as well as concerned individuals to air their views on the abduction of the schoolgirls.

According to Ezekwesili, the purpose of the vigil was to cry to God, to intervene and deliver the missing 234 Chibok girls from Boko Haram.

It was exactly a month yesterday since over 230 female students of the GGSS, Chibok, Borno state were kidnapped by men believed to be members o the Boko Haram Islamic militant sect.
