A Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) vehicle on Friday went up in flames at Adeniji bus stop in Lagos Island.

There are no reports yet as to what caused the inferno, neither is there any status as the number of persons affected.

The incident has caused gridlock to vehicular movement on the Third Mainland Bridge, and the Apapa-Ijora expressway.
