Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, the former deputy governor of Lagos state, has been appointed as Senior Special Assistant on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Orelope-Adefulire, who was second in command to Babatunde Fashola for 4-years, is an accomplished politician with many years of experience in public service.
She has also served as Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Lagos State.
Orelope-Adefulire’s appointment was approved on Monday, March 7.
