Taraba state executive council has been dissolved by the Governor of the state, Danbaba Suntai, including all special advisers and leaving out special assistants.

According to reports, a new secretary to the state government has been appointed, Gebon Timothy Kataes , while the new chief of staff is Mallam Aminu Gika.

All commissioners have been ordered to hand over to their respective permanent secretaries while the special advisers are to hand over to the government house.
