It was an x-rated day in Canada last Thursday after naked students took to the streets to protest against tuition fee increases.

The bold students marched without clothes in Montreal, voicing their opposition against the government’s refusal to reduce the recent hike in school fees. According to the Press Association, fees were increased to $1,778 (Canadian) per year, while students were campaigning for a decrease by $35 bringing total to $1,533 over seven years.

According to the Huffington Post, students also protested against the Liberal Democrat government and the Special Law 78 – which requires protest organisers to inform police of the location and time of demonstrations eight hours in advance.
