A naughty real estate agent is being sued for keeping potential buyers away from viewing a New Jersey home because he was using it to film sexual encounters.

A couple have filed a lawsuit claiming that real estate agent Robert Lindsay used the Denville house to film 10 trysts with a fellow agent, Jeannemarie Phelan.

Richard and Sandra Weiner claim he deliberately overpriced the house at $650,000 to keep buyers away while he used it as a love nest.

The trysts were alleged to have happened between December 2011 and January 2012.

Security camera footage apparently shows Lindsay and Phelan engaged in sexual activity, reported NorthJersey.com.

The last tryst was caught by the owner on a live feed.

They owners called the cops and when officers arrived at the house, they found Lindsay pulling up his pants. He told them he was preparing for an open house, NorthJersey.com reports.

The homeowners are seeking damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, breach of contract and trespass.
