The court of appeal in Abuja on Thursday will deliver its judgement on an appeal by Senate President, Bukola Saraki, challenging his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

Saraki is being charged for false declaration of assets while he was governor of Kwara State.

The appeal challenging the jurisdiction of the tribunal was heard on October 6, after which judgment was reserved.

The appeal is presided over by Justice Abdul Aboki.
