A cleric, Saheed Momodu and his partner in crime of a neighbor, Hammed Adebayo both connived to illegally tap the electricity of a fellow neighbor, Tunde, and they have been caught doing so.

Two residents, who were arrested by the police immediately, were initially disconnected for non-payment of their electricity bills for one year.

According to reports by Punch, the two had actually been active in the act for months before Tunde discovered their ploy, having barged into their flat around 8pm on February 3.

Apparently, whenever Tunde put on his generator, the suspects also cashed in on the connection to power some of their electronics.
