The 3rd and 4th editions of the College Acquaintance Rape Education workshop will hold on the 28th and 29th of April.
College Acquaintance Rape Education (C.A.R.E) is a follow up plan for the annual Walk Against Rape Campaign.
The workshop is a special demonstration that brings together parents, guardians, teachers, youth advocates and activists, faith based organizations, NGO’s, CSO’s, student delegates and entertainers together to lend a voice to sexually abused persons in the society and also encourage victims to speak out and reduce the stigmatization attached to rape.
It is organised by Rubies Ink Initiative in partnership with the Lagos State Government and the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response team (DSVRT)
The workshop for 28th will hold at Ikotun Grammar School, Ikotun Lagos while the follow up will hold on 29th at Government senior secondary school, Osborne, Ikoyi.
