Did the former minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke appear in court in London today?
Someone’s gotta know…
Host of Politricks with KO, Kayode Ogundamisi, said she did not appear in court.
In a series of tweets on his Twitter handle, Ogundamisi maintained that Diezani was not present in court today but her case was mentioned.

But earlier in the morning, a journalist working with BBC, Sam Piranty said Diezani was present in court with her mother, Beatrice Agama.

He would later backtrack and give a contrary information.
This means that she, contrary to emails from the court, may not have had to attend today.

Apologies for confusion, court saying one thing, clerk saying another, but we know that the application was made today #Nigeria
— Sam Piranty (@sampiranty) October 5, 2015
This also means #Diezani does not have to appear in court but IS entitled too #Nigeria
