Yesterday, we reported about a mentally challenged woman who literally stopped traffic in Surulere, Lagos, and today we are coming back with another story of a young lady who is suspected to be also deranged selling Satchet water around Area 10, Garki in Abuja.

The lady was reportedly seen speaking to herself, everyone and no-one in particular. No-one seems to know her relatives or how she came about the container of water.

A man who also witnessed the spectacle spoke in corrupt English saying: “This kind thing no good. At least make government or some people try to help the girl. I dey feel bad for her,” the worried man added.

We hope something is quickly done to the plight of the mentally challenged roaming the streets of Nigeria with no form of medical help coming their way.
