Yaya Toure possibly leaving Mancheser City over Pep Guardiola’s arrival

Following Manchester City‘s announcement of Bayern Munich’s manager, Pep Guardiola as its gaffer for next season, Dimitri Seluk, the agent of Yaya Toure‘s agent has claimed that the club’s star midfielder might be jumping ship in the summer.

Speaking to the Sun, the controversial agent thinks Yaya would be leaving because of his history with the Spanish manager during their days at Barcelona.

Toure left Barca to join City in a £25m deal

Guardiola reportedly ordered the £24 million sale of Yaya Toure from Barcelona to City back in 2010.

“I think Yaya will leave the club. But before leaving I hope he will win again the League and all the cups.” Seluk told the newspaper.

He however, said Toure’s exit depends on the action of Guardiola towards the four- time African best player.

“It’s not a question of whether Pep likes him or not. It’s life, you know. Pep can call Yaya and speak to him to let him know ‘I’m with you’ or ‘I am not with you’.”
