A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has again adjourned a suit filed by former first lady, Patience against Jonathan against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Mrs Patience is asking the court to order the unfreezing of her bank accounts containing $15 million.
The counsels on Monday requested more time to study an affidavit filed by Mike Ozekhome, counsel to the fourth and fifth defendants.
Jonathan is demanding $200 million as damages after the agency froze the bank accounts containing a total of $15 million.
The judge adjourned proceedings to April 6.
