A Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, has dismissed the price increase case against MultiChoice, owners and operators of DStv.
The case, which came up for ruling on Thursday, May 28, went in favour of MultiChoice.
The ruling went against the plaintiffs, two Lagos-based legal practitioners, Osasuyi Adebayo and Oluyinka Oyeniji, on the grounds of lack of jurisdiction.
The presiding Justice C.J Aneke, struck out the matter, saying he did not believe that they had a valid cause of action.
