It’s going to a blue September for 16 top officials of the Ebonyi state government.
When payday comes at the end of the month, the senior civil servants will be overlooked.
Governor of the state, Dave Umahi, gave the directive on Monday, September 28.
Apparently, the officials came late to an event on Monday morning.
Consequently, Umahi ordered that the 16 officials, some of whom are members of the State Executive Council, should not be paid salaries and other allowances.
