Demi Lovato would give the shirt off her back to continue making music.

In fact, that’s exactly what the 20-year-old singer did for her new album cover. Adorned in silver glitter and nothing else, Lovato appears topless on her new studio album entitled “Demi.”

“I’m incredibly proud of this album,” the Latina musician said in a statement Monday about the release of her fourth record, to be released May 14.

The “Heart Attack” singer is extremely proud of this body of work and anxiously anticipates sharing it with the world.

“It’s better than anything I have ever done!” she continued. “I experimented with a variety of different sounds and poured my heart into writing these songs. I’m so excited for everyone to finally get the chance to hear them!”

Lovato is keeping busy as she recently announced her return as a judge for the third season of Fox’s hit singing competition “The X Factor.”

“I am so excited to return as a judge and mentor on ‘The X Factor,’” she told Us Weekly at the time.

With the departure of two of last season’s judges, L.A. Reid and Britney Spears, Lovato is sure to be an even bigger presence on the show.

“Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel,” she added. “I look forward to taking my previous experience and applying it to make this season even better!”

Aside from her fourth album’s debut and continued stint as “X Factor” judge, Lovato has reached other milestones this year as well.

The troubled singer who battled with bipolar disorder, anorexia, bulimia, substance abuse and self-harming left the rehab facility where she was receiving treatment in late January.

To avoid any relapse she was also reportedly residing in a sober-living facility. But she was not alone as her loving fans, who call themselves “Lovatics,” showed their undying support for the singer on Twitter upon her release.

“Lovatics Are Proud of You Demi,” fans from around the globe wrote.

Lovato responded, “You guys are incredible. I love you all!!”
