Sometimes, celebrities forget that the reason they are rich and famous is because of their fans and the companies that pay for their performances.  Jennifer Lopez learned this lesson the hard way after being dumped for a major gig in India after they found that her demands were just a bit too much for their comfort.

It is being reported that J.Lo was in negotiations with the India Premier League Cricket Tournament to sing at their opening games.  The games have 60 million viewers, more than half as much as the Super Bowl.  But J.Lo told the organizers that she needed nearly every amenity under the sun in order to appear, including a private plane and hotel rooms for all of her stylists and handlers.

For the record, J.Lo isn’t the only super diva who makes heavy demands in her rider.  Mariah Carey has asked for kittens and doves for her events, and Rihanna asks for Oreo cookie, Baybel cheese, and Red Bull.  Katy Perry asks for a refrigerator with a glass door, and Jay-Z asks for a cigar roller.

You would think that getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to sing and dance would be enough.
