45-year-old driver, Ganiyu Afolabi, was charged to court on Tuesday for allegedly impregnating a 16-year-old girl.
The suspect was arraigned by the police on a three-count charge of sexual assault, defilement and attempt to procure abortion.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges read to him.
