After being a vocal and staunch supporter of President Goodluck Jonathan for the last few years, Ijaw leader, Edwin Clark has perhaps been rewarded with a gift that may last a lifetime.
Earlier on Wednesday, April 29, the Federal Government approved the Edwin Clark University, located in Kiagbodo, Delta state.
Apart from Edwin Clark’s institution, another new private university, Hezekiah University located in Umudi, Imo state, was also approved at the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting, presided over by the President.
Who says it doesn’t pay to be a loyal supporter of a sitting President?
