Aero contractors plane scheduled to arrive in Lagos from Abuja was said to have lost one of its tyres upon landing in Lagos, causing panic and mild drama among few passengers.

And thanks to the experienced hands of the pilot on duty and calm cabin crew, a crash was averted.

The incident was reported by one of the passengers on board, the former FCT minister, Nasir el-Rufai.
