US President-elect, Donald Trump has received majority votes from the US electoral college.
Votes from Texas electors on Monday put Trump over the 270 votes threshold.
In Austin, Texas, about 100 people chanting: “Dump Trump” and waving signs reading: “The Eyes of Texas are Upon You” gathered at the state capitol trying to sway electors.
In the end, Trump clinched 304 electoral votes to Clinton’s 227.
The results confirmed Donald Trump’s election as the 45th President of the United States.
