Has Kim’s Snapchat revelation put Kanye into more hot water with Taylor Swift?

She might have exposed Taylor Swift but Kim Kardashian might also have exposed her husband to the hands of the law.

Under the law of the state of California, it is punishable to secretly record a phone conversation with someone and Taylor Swift and her lawyers might have informed Kanye West about this months ago according to TMZ.

The gossip website said Taylor Swift’s legal representatives allegedly had knowledge of the recording months back and sent a letter to Kanye in February, warning him to delete the recording unless she was going to pursue legal action against him.

In the alleged letter obtained by TMZ, a section of it reads, “Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated.”

With Kim taking to Snapchat to reveal the footage of the phone conversation, Taylor Swift might be dragging the reality star’s hubby to the court of law for prosecution.
