Oritsefemi beaten up by Club Quilox bouncers

The Double Wahala artiste has admitted that he was beaten up by bouncers at Shina Peller’s Club Quilox for standing up to them on behalf of Sound Sultan who he claims was prevented from “chilling at the VIP section”.

Oritsefemi made this known in a statement released by his label management, MSN Gang. According to the statement, the artiste only slapped the bouncer with a wine cup after he had been shoved by the bouncer.

However, Sound Sultan has debunked Oritsefemi’s story via an Instagram post. He shared a photo of himself with Shina Peller bearing the caption: “Misinformation I was chilling in the VIP as every other time in my cousin’s club”.sound

Oritsefemi is yet to publicly counter that statement, although he threw shades at club owner, Shina Peller in a tweet: “The only Shina we know is… Sir Shina Peters.”

“Award plaques are meaningless and useless,” Solidstar bares his mind on Instagram

Dancehall artiste, Solidstar who recently released his album WEED is clearly not happy about the state of affairs in the Nigerian music industry, especially as it concerns awards and accolades.

Just last week, the nominees list for the 2016 Headies was released and on Friday, Solidstar took to his Instagram to rant about award organisers. Though he did not make mention of anyone, we know who he has in mind.

Should we be expecting a Davido and Major Lazer collaboration?screenshot_2016-11-14-06-47-49

Davido took to his Instagram to share a studio picture of himself alongside Diplo, member of American electronic band, Major Lazer.

He seemed to be pretty deep in the music in that photo and it has got fans anticipating another international hit banger from OBO.

If it’s coming from Major Lazer, then we expect pure magic as the track, Lean On by Major Lazer featuring DJ Snake and Mo was the most streamed song on Spotify in 2015.
