#EPL roundup: Liverpool hit 5 past Hull City | Man City makes it 6 in 6 | Spurs edge Middlesborough

Liverpool were ruthless against Hull City as they scored five goals at Anfield.

The Reds made it three consecutive victories in the league.

Adam Lallana opened the scoring in the 17th minute. Two goals from the spot by James Milner, and a goal apiece from Sadio Mane and Phillipe Coutinho was enough to secure three points. David Meyler scored a consolatory goal for Hull City as the tie ended 5-1.

Sergio Aguero returned to Pep Guardiola’s starting lineup after facing a three-match ban.

It took the Argentine only eight minutes to show how lethal he is, as he put City in front at the Liberty Stadium against Swansea.

Fernando Llorente pulled one back for the Swans with a lovely volley as the first half ended even.

City came back into the second half on fire as Aguero scored from the spot after Kevin De Bruyne was fouled in the penalty area.

Raheem Sterling secured City’s six game on the bounce with a cool finish to end the tie 3-1.

South Korean attacking midfielder Son Heung Min scored as brace as Tottenham Hotspur beat Middlesbrough 2-1.

The midfielder scored two fine goals in the first half as Spurs took an early lead.

Boro pulled one back through defender Gibson.
