Neil McArdle arrives at Liverpool Crown Court Tuesday to be sentenced after he pleaded guilty to communicating false information with intent.

He’s headed from the dog house to the big house.

A panicked groom-to-be who called in a bomb threat at a wedding hall after forgetting to book the venue will spend a year in prison for the stunt.

Neil McArdle, 36, was sentenced to 12 months Tuesday for calling in the threat to St. George’s Hall in Liverpool on April 24, the day he was set to tie the knot, Britain’s The Mirror reported.

The ka-boom groom didn’t have the heart to tell his bride-to-be, Amy Williams, 29, that he hadn’t completed the booking forms after seeing her “looking amazing” on their big day, the court was told.

Williams even showed up the 170-year-old neoclassical hall in her wedding gown, and was met by a swarm of cops, bomb units and evacuated staffers.

McArdle had called the hall from a pay phone near his home in Kirby and told a receptionist, “This is not a hoax call. There’s a bomb in St George’s Hall and it will go off in 45 minutes,” The Mirror reported.

St. Georges Hall in Liverpool, England. McArdle said he panicked after failing to book the venue.

Authorities were able to trace the call and he was arrested on charges of communicating false information with intent. He later pleaded guilty.

Liverpool court Judge Norman Wright said the bomb hoax was particularly stupid given the attack at the Boston Marathon, which was 11 days before.

“Having realized you hadn’t booked the wedding, you did nothing, and nothing and nothing and buried your head in the sand,” Wright said from the bench.

“You didn’t say we need to talk and level with her. You tried to weasel your way out by creating a bomb hoax to give you more time.”

McArdle, meanwhile, wept at the sentencing.

His lawyer said the couple was still together
