Bukola Saraki’s bid to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, has failed.
The Senate President’s application has been struck out by a Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos.
Saraki was aiming to stop his trial, arrest and prosecution at the tribunal, where he’s being tried for false asset declaration.
He’s standing trial on a 13-count charge of corruption levelled against him.
