It is hardly the most obvious place to find the next American football star, but a Polish airport security guard showed his credentials with this amazing diving catch which saved a baby from a painful fall.
The little boy had been placed on a luggage counter at Katowice-Pyrzowice airport by a man who appears to be his father.
CCTV footage of the incident then shows the man pick up his coat while the restless child begins to lean further forward.

Out of nowhere however, a security guard saves the baby from a painful fall with an amazing diving catch
As the child falls off the counter, a security guard suddenly appears from nowhere with an incredible diving catch to prevent the little boy from hitting the floor.
The footage from the airport has been posted to LiveLeak, where it is stated the incident took place on November 23.
Towards the end of the footage the man can be seen putting on his jacket before the family continue to make their way through the airport.
The security guard is understood to have been given a bonus to his salary for his actions

Online viewers have compared the security guard to an American footballer for his catch.
One Reddit user described how the security guard ‘needs to be in the NFL’, while another suggested he had a ‘promising career’ in the sport.
