The world has changed from what it was some years back to what it is now and that dynamism is nowhere near a conclusion yet.
Many of these changes are as a direct result of the activities of man who has altered the ecosystem by plundering the earth without care. As it is, we certainly face an increasingly persistent change in our environment over the coming years.
Those kinds we may not even expect. As these problems have been overtly expressed, what should our response be?
In the words of Iranian-American philosopher Seyyed Hossein Nasr, “the environmental crisis is fundamentally a crisis of values.”
As such if we do not adjust our attitude to be conscious about building a better environment, we may never have one in the end.
It is in this light that the Green Campus Initiative dedicated to green environment, deemed it fit to be a front runner in the campaign towards earth’s sustainability.
It is joining the world to commemorate the Earth day on the 22nd of April, 2016 by initiating a campaign tagged ‘#Iblameyousha.’
