by Hauwa Gambo

As voting ends today for the 2012 edition of the globally respected TIME Magazine 100 Most Influential People across the world, we been monitoring the votes for President Goodluck Jonathan – who is one of the over 200 names in the running in the public polls.

The question is – Should Goodluck Jonathan be on this list?

As at 5pm in Nigeria, the number of those who voted ‘DEFINITELY’ constitue 54.11 of the votes, above the ‘NO WAY’ voters who constitute 45.89 of votes.

Where do you stand? Has the President done enough to be on that list? Should he be off the list? Well then you should be voting.

According to the TIME site, you should “Cast your votes for the leaders, artists, innovators, icons and heroes you think are the most influential people in the world. Official voting ends on Friday, April 6, and the poll winner will be included in the TIME 100 issue. The complete TIME 100 list will be chosen by our editors and revealed on TIME.com on Tuesday, April 17.”

Vote HERE. Then come back and tell us what way you voted!
