Heartland sign 13 new players ahead of 2014/2015 season

Heartland have confirmed the arival of 13 new players, as the new season of the Nigeria Premier Football League kicks off this weekend across the country.

Cajetan Nkwopara, the club’s Media Officer, also revealed that the Naze Millionaires were able to recruit two foreign-based players into the team.

Ibeh John Ikechukwu joined the Owerri club from Greek side Aris Thessaloniki, while Iniobong Joseph has signed from Jeunesse Sportive in Benin Republic.

Former El-Kanemi Warriors goalkeeper David Obiazo and Ebere Odiche who returns to the club from Warri Wolves, are some of the big teams to join Heartland ahead of the 2014/2015 campaign.
