The former Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) who became the subject of global ridicule over his ‘oga at the top’ gaffe in a Channels TV interview, Shem Obafaye has now resumed in Oyo – after being redeployed from Lagos.
In a telephone conversation with Vanguard, Obafaye promised to discharge his duties with every sense of responsibility. ”I am determined to serve in Oyo State and I know God will help me,” he said.
