He’s kidding us, right? Man claims sex with a goat is his constitutional right

He was only kidding!

A man in Waukesha, Wis., is accused of harassing bar patrons about their feelings on the constitutionality of human-on-goat sex.

Shaun Keith Orris, 41, called police at around 2:45 a.m. Thursday to report he had been “battered and bloodied” just for asking a question at a bar, Waukesha Now reported.

When police showed up, the bar owner said that Orris was drunk and had been asking other bar-goers whether or not they believed they had the constitutional right to have sex with a goat.

The owner said he asked Orris to leave, and when Orris refused, a physical dispute ensued that left a cut on Orris’ head.

Investigators say Orris told them after the altercation, he went home, grabbed a pocket knife and went back to the restaurant, according to WITI.

Orris was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon. On the way to the hospital, cops say he began screaming that it was a constitutional right to have sex with a goat, then started uncontrollably laughing.

Orris isn’t the only one who allegedly espouses bestiality as a constitutional right. In December, Florida man Carlos Romero argued in court that it was his constitutional right to have sex with his miniature donkey, Doodle.
