Now that BlackBerry service across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India has been restored, with users being able to operate their device effectively, the Research In Motion (RIM) Founder and Co-CEO, Mike Lazaridis has released a video on Youtube to explain the reason behind the BlackBerry service outage and to assure users RIM wouldn’t stop until they ensure stability across all markets.
