She’s preparing to go under the knife to have 34D breast implants and now Josie Gibson has revealed why she decided on the procedure.

The reality star, who has shed a remarkable 6st, explained the moment she decided to go ahead with the operation – after her then-boyfriend Luke Sanwo told her her breasts looked like an extinct species.

Speaking to New! magazine Josie explained: ‘I went to the National History Museum a few weeks ago and Luke pointed out that my t**s looked like a Neanderthal’s. That’s when I thought “He’s right. I’ve got to do something about it”.’

Josie also spoke about how although she loves her new slimmer shape she still isn’t entirely happy with her figure.

She said: ‘I love being slim but I hate not having any boobs any more. I used to love it when they’d bob up and down when I ran, but now they’re just saggy skin and they’re not even a handful.’

Josie shed an incredible six stones over the period of a year, taking her from a size 20 to an 8.

A combination of a strict diet and exercise regime helped her slim down from 16st 7lb and a size 18 to 10st 2lb.

The former Big Brother star is boosting her bust from a 34B to a 34D and she is also having a nipple lift on her left breast.

While Josie is still living with Luke, who she says sleeps in the spare room, the pair are currently taking a break from their relationship.

When asked why the pair don’t call it a day she said: ‘It’s hard he’s been there for me so much. I want to make myself love Luke.’

The reality star readily admits she doesn’t fancy the plumber, who she met in a bar in 2011.

Josie, who is working on another DVD later this year, has been through a particularly tough time recently – her grandmother Diane Gibson, 72, has been caught by police after being on the run for more than 12 years for possession of drugs.

Diane, who Josie lived with from the age of eight, is due to be sentenced on May 9 and the former Big Brother star is losing sleep over her fate.
