“I know I need to change something”: Akeem Akintunde’s telling Facebook post before his death in Lagos plane crash (READ)

Akeem Akintunde, one of the victims of the tragic Associated Airlines crash which happened on Thursday October 3  may have felt the eerie nudge of fate as his final Facebook post suggests.

Akintunde, a staff of MIC Funeral Services, reportedly put up the Facebook post before embarking on the ill-fated journey which took his life.

For the past 33 yrs, I hv looked in the mirror every morning. And asked myself: ‘ if today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today! And whenever the answer has been ‘ No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something. Akezo

MIC, one of the popular funeral undertaking outfits in the country, lost its Chief Executive Tunji Okusanya, his son, Tunji Okusanya Jnr and four members of staff – Akeem Akintunde, Chijioke Duru, Kingsley Amaechi and more recently, Samson Hassan.

A female survivor at LASUTH, Toyin Samson, who was at the Recuperating Ward of the Surgical Emergency ward was still stable, same as the duo of Feyi Agagu and Femi Akinsanya, who were at the BT unit.
