‘I have no intention to run for 2019 election’ – Jonathan

Following media reports that former President Goodluck Jonathan might contest for the 2019 presidential election, the former president has denied the reports, saying that he has no such intentions.

Speaking through his media aide, Ikechukwu Eze, the former President said that he never made any such declaration.

An online media platform had alleged that Jonathan had declared his intentions to vie for the 2019 election while speaking in Bayelsa on Wednesday.

He stated this via a telephone interview with Vanguard.
