Ailing singer Zara Gretti who died earlier today after suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating disease, had a cheerful heart and maintained good composure till her death.

The ‘Abokoku’ singer tweeted at musician Weird MC and other Twitter followers before her final tweet which highlights her ambivalent state of mind before taking her final breath.

The late singer cried for help in one of the tweets expressing defiance against her ailment. “I am not going to allow multiple sclerosis take away my life and dreams, please help me out…” she said.

She has been able to raise the sum of $14,046 out of the $23,000 needed to treat the disease, a nervous system disorder which affects the brain and spinal cord.

Multiple sclerosis affects women more than men. The disorder is most commonly diagnosed between ages 20 and 40.
