After a hard fought battle with Senator Bernie Sanders, Former First Lady of the USA and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has emerged the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party.
To crown her campaigning efforts, President Barrack Obama has, in an emotional video, expressed his support for Clinton, saying, “I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office. She’s got the courage, the compassion and the heart to get the job done.”
“I have seen her judgement, I have seen her toughness, I’ve seen her commitment to our values up close. I’m with her, and I cannot wait to get out there and campaign for Hillary.”
Clinton was Obama’s rival for the Democratic nomination in 2008 before narrowing losing out to Obama.
