A little girl was sold by her parents to an old man for just $18, according to police reports.

The British girl, 11-years-old, was allegedly pimped out as a prostitute by her parents for $18 each time.

Police arrested the couple on the resort island of Majorca, amid allegations they sold the girl, now 15, to a 76-year-old, in exchange of money for a period of five years.

It is understood that the mother took her daughter to meet the man each time, with varying amounts changing hands between $17 and $19, according to press reports.

The child was apparently ordered to leave her home, where she was cared for by another couple and she was delivered to the pensioner who sexually abused her after being locked in a room. The victim was raped each time, according to press reports.

Reports say that the girl’s parents were charged with corruption of a minor, sexual assault and encourage their daughter to escape her home.

The 76-year-old, who is said to suffer from health problems related to age, was charged with sexual assault and all three suspects appeared before a judge who released them on bail while the investigation continues.
