FG, DSS commissioned ‘killer squad’ to eliminate Nnamdi Kanu – IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is set to resume protests in the South East and South South over the continued detention of director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

In a statement released by IPOB’s head of media and publicity, Emma Powerful, the group expressed frustration over the detention of Kanu since October 14, 2015.

“We have endured enough, we will start the protest that will bring the Nigeria government to its knees over its insensitivity over the plight and continued detention of our leader.”

“The protest was earlier called off not out of cowardice and fear but to show maturity and professionalism in what we are doing and to allow federal government to release our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally.”

“We know they will kill us as they used to do before now but at the end we will be free. We in Biafraland will not stop until our leader is released unconditionally”.

Powerful also alleged that the federal government intends to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu with a ‘sepcial killer squad’ on his next appearance.

“The plot by FG, DSS and three Governors from the Southeastern States to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB and Director of Radio Biafra on his way to next court date.”

“The meeting where the plot was perfected had top notches of All Progressives Congress, APC, three Governors from the South East and some Senators from the same zone and some well known enemies of the actualisation of Biafra project. The plan was perfected in the meeting and designed to be carried out by a killer squad who will open fire on the vehicle as he is being taken to court.”
