The Quality Leadership Value Seminar [QLV] is a yearly seminar organized by Junior Chamber International, Ikeja Chapter (www.jciikeja.org); an affiliate of Junior Chamber International [JCI] – a worldwide federation of young active leaders and entrepreneurs. The seminar aims to instill the desired values essential to quality leadership amongst young professionals. It will address the loss of values in the nation and proffer tangible panacea.

The event which traditionally holds in August will hold on Sunday August 11th 2013 at De-Renaissance Hotel, by Ikeja City Mall, Ikeja, Lagos.

Speakers at the event are Rasheed Adegbenro (Director General, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria MAN); Adegboyega Adebajo (Vice President Diamond Capital & Financial Markets Limited) and Adebola Williams (Founding Partner, RedMedia Africa).

The subthemes for this year’s event is Managing Crisis. Subthemes are ‘The Importance of Corportate Governance’, ‘The role of Government’ and ‘the JCI Edge’.

The platform has played host to some of Nigeria’s finest and brilliant minds. Worthy of mention are: Mr. Akinsola Akinfemiwa [Former GMD SkyeBank, now MD Heritage Bank], Senator Olorunnibe Mamora [Former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria], Hon.
